- Following lets you receive notifications when a creator you follow creates a new diagnosis or updates an existing one.
- You also gain access to the Mute tool, which lets you block the content of specific creators.
- Show User Diagnoses in real-time for other users on the system.
- Use the Twitter API to see the latest tweets.
- Use the Twitter API to tweet from within the site.
Pushing the tweet button will display a tweet window, letting you tweet from a logged in account. The tweet window will appear within this site, so you do not need to navigate to a separate Twitter app or site to do so, nor will you inadvertently tweet from the wrong account.
- When connecting with Twitter, you will be asked to authorize our service to "send tweets," but this refers only to when you physically push the tweet button on the site.

- Conduct involving the use within Submitted Content of any expression containing content that coincides with the personal information of any other existing person, such as telephone number, address, or email address, and which may constitute harassment of any other person
- Conduct involving the direction of any other user to any website containing malicious software, or on which information that violates any law or ordinance; information regarding pornography or adult entertainment, etc.; information that contravenes social standards; or information that may adversely affect minors, etc., is published
- Conduct involving the fraudulent manipulation of the Services' ranking feature, search feature, or display feature
- Conduct involving interference with the Services' servers or networks, improper manipulation of the Services with the use of scripts or other technological means, deliberate use of any bugs found within the Services, or any other conduct that interferes with the administration of the Services or other users' use of the Services or causes difficulty for the Administrators or any other user
- Conduct involving the use of the Services with another account after being banned from using the Services due to prohibited conduct
- Any other conduct judged by the Administrators to be inappropriate
- Measures for Dealing with Prohibited Conduct
- In the event that you have engaged in prohibited conduct as defined by these Terms, the Administrators may take measures including the suspension of your eligibility to use the Services, the restriction of your access to the Services, or the de-listing, deletion, or filtering of your Submitted Content without notice.
- In the event that your privileges as a user of the Services have been suspended, your suspension may be lifted following the deletion of the Submitted Content that was in violation.
- Your Responsibilities
- You will supply the products and services that you require in order to use the Services (telecommunications equipment, software, bandwidth) at your own expense and as a matter of your own responsibility. The Administrators bear no responsibility for, and will be not involved in any way with, the products and services that you require in order to use the Services.
- You use the Services at your own risk, and bear all responsibility in relation to all actions that you take in connection with the Services and the results of said actions.
- Restitution
- In the event that the Administrators have suffered damages as a result of your violation of these Terms, the Administrators may demand restitution for said damages. You will be required to respond to any such demand immediately.
- Management of Personal Information
- Any personal information that the Administrators have received from you in the course of your use of the Services will be managed in accordance with ShindanMaker's "Privacy Policy."
- Property Rights
- All property rights relating to the information, services, and software included in the Services will belong to the Administrators.
- You will own the copyright for any Submitted Content that you have posted or uploaded with the use of the Services. However, the nature of the Services is such that text and images that are automatically generated from said Submitted Content by way of the programming of the Services may be used by the Administrators or other users for the purpose of introducing readers, on the Website or on SNS (social media), etc., to the Submitted Content. - In the event that you would like to reuse or otherwise use for any purpose any other user's Submitted Content, you must negotiate directly with the user who has submitted said content for that user's consent. - Disclaimer
